Do you need to relax this weekend?
Have you ever heard of AcroYoga and its benefis? Have you ever wished to do yoga but never dared to enroll a course? Do you need a break for yourself? This Friday from 19:00 to 21:00 you are welcome to enjoy all the benefits of AcroYoga at Sopa. You can come alone or with a friend or your partner and reconnect with your “inner self” and thus savor the weekend healthy and full of energy.
AcroYoga works out your body and mental balance through individual and collective body and spiritual exercises within a joyful ambiance that enables cooperation, communication and collective encouragement.
If you did not have the chance to attend Friday to the AcroYoga session, or if you may wish to repeat, do not worry! On Saturday you can come back to Sopa and do some YoGung. This three hour session (from 10:00 to 13:00) will help you to relax and solve any kind of postural injury. The ultimate purpose of this workshop is to learn the technique and thus repeat some of the exercises every morning. Do not panic! You will not have to even move from your bed! However those few minutes will help you to deal with the rest of your journey!
