IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE CLASS:
The class will start promptly at 10am – it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance
It is not necessary to bring your fitness mat, we will lend it to you
Class suitable for all fitness levels
It will be taught in Spanish but the teacher also speaks perfect English, she can repeat the instructions in English if you have difficulty following her.
A €1 entrance fee is charged to ensure class attendance and prevent people from signing up who are not going to attend the class.
