Bar El Pollo lands at Palo Market Fest with tortillas, grills and plenty of celebration

On December 6 and 7, Palo Market Fest welcomes one of the most beloved proposals from El Raval: Bar El Pollo. Aimar and his team land on Buganvilla Street to set up an authentic open-air El Pollo, complete with their iconic tortillas, a blazing grill, and emblematic dishes such as grilled squid. The experience will culminate on Saturday with a Los Yolos concert at 6 pm, sure to get the entire market dancing.

Music across every corner of the market

The weekend’s musical programme blends concerts, street-music formats and DJ sessions:

  • Los Yolos take the stage on Saturday at 6 pm with their unmistakable energy.

  • The Street Music project, led by Tito Bonacera with Tonia Richii and Lessus, will fill the market with contemporary rhythms featuring guitars, pianos and horns that turn the street into a vibrant live stage.

  • The DJ Sessions, curated by Aimar, complete the lineup: mornings by Junior, afternoons infused with pure Tupinamba sound.

Gastronomy: a journey of flavours

Alongside El Pollo, a curated selection of local vendors will offer an international culinary journey:

  • Paellas by Ana Cortés

  • Artisanal pizzas from Una Pizza

  • Authentic tacos from La Antigua de Mexico

  • Pad Thai by Yon Wang Xef

A mix of cuisines and cultures without leaving Palo Alto.

Design with a festive spirit

This holiday season, Palo Market becomes the perfect place to find gifts with soul.
Casa Culto, Scuderia Sette, Bacana and Deivid Glass will present their most special collections:

  • Characterful decorative objects designed to turn any home into a sacred refuge.

  • Experimental ceramics and unique pieces that tell stories.

  • Timeless fashion inspired by the Mediterranean.

  • Authentic vintage eyewear from the 70s and 80s.

Thoughtful creations that celebrate design, personality and the spirit of December.
