Soundtrack composition course in SAE

Learn the art of creating music for film, television, advertising, and video games.

This course teaches you the real-world process of creating music for all types of projects, using the same techniques, criteria, and tools employed by professional composers. You will learn to work with narrative, visual rhythm, and emotion, and to transform musical ideas into functional pieces for the screen. Throughout the program, you will develop your own creative language while practicing harmony, orchestration, sound design, Logic Pro, and virtual libraries. You will discover how to adapt your music to genres such as thriller, drama, action, or comedy, and understand the complete workflow: from the briefing with the director to the final delivery of the score.

  • Duration: 4 months
  • Start date: March 3
