This weekend, May 16th and 17th, Barcelona gears up for one of its most vibrant cultural events. Palo Market Fest returns to the heart of Poblenou with a lineup that blends art, design, gastronomy, and a musical program curated to make the city vibrate. Wrapped in a high-energy atmosphere, the festival invites visitors to dive into an experience where local rhythms, colors, and flavors take center stage.
Live music will be the main highlight of both days. The Aperol Stage will transform into a tropical dance floor with the Salsa Music Experience, featuring the energy of Lenin “Güiro Loco” and his Orchestra on Saturday, followed by Diego Coppinger on Sunday. Both will perform four sets throughout the afternoon to keep everyone dancing. The lineup is completed by DJ Sofie de Soja and DJ Angela Blackburn on Saturday, and DJ Miguelito Superstar alongside DJ Thisorder on Sunday. Additionally, the Moritz Stage will add a touch of sophistication with a live midday performance by Joe Wrens Groove Drop.
Beyond the stages, the festival stands as a must-see showcase for independent design and artisan craftsmanship. Visitors can explore a handpicked selection of local creators while enjoying a diverse and cosmopolitan food scene. Given the expected high turnout, organizers recommend booking tickets in advance to avoid a sell-out and guarantee access to Barcelona’s ultimate weekend plan.
