Make the most of the holidays to keep enjoying art and culture with the activities scheduled at the Can Framis Museum this summer.
The Can Framis Museum presents a fresh perspective on its permanent collection of paintings, an initiative that marks the beginning of a new chapter and invites visitors to rediscover the legacy of Antoni Vila Casas from a renewed perspective. Now you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in this experience more deeply through our guided tours.
A constantly evolving collection brings the formal and conceptual aspects of the works into dialogue, exploring the invisible threads that connect artists, generations, and trends. This approach, moving away from conventional academic perspectives, offers a journey through the motivations that have driven Catalan visual art in recent decades. In addition, the tour includes the new permanent space dedicated to Antoni Vila Casas, offering an up-close look at his life and career, as well as his humanistic vision and his commitment to art and society.
The legendary short film nights outdoors are back in Can Framis Museum every Friday from July to September , thanks to the Mecal, Barcelona International Short Film and Animation Festival.
