You can still visit the Art Nou exhibitions

The Art Nou closing event will take place on 4 September, but there is still time to visit the festival’s thirty exhibitions. Art Nou is the emerging art festival of Barcelona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, offering young national and international artists the opportunity to establish their first professional connection with the art market, galleries, artist-run spaces and institutions dedicated to emerging contemporary art. Once again, the festival is committed to promoting young talent, reaffirming galleries as spaces for dialogue and exchange, and fostering connections between art professionals and the wider public.

The 14th edition of Art Nou 2025 began on 25 June with the opening of all the exhibitions in Barcelona, followed on 26 June by the exhibitions in L’Hospitalet. This year’s edition was officially inaugurated at the Edifici Isaac Peral with an intervention by Irantzu Yaldebere and Jangitz Larrañaga. The festival will conclude on 4 September at La Capella with a performative action by Blanca Tolsá Rovira.

Art Nou presents a programme of thirty exhibitions featuring more than forty artists, alongside an extensive programme of activities including guided tours, exhibition openings, artist talks, performances, screenings and interventions across galleries, institutions and independent spaces.
