Art and charity at Local 225:”PUNKS X LA DIGNITAT ANIMAL”

On Sunday, August 2nd, Local 225 will host the opening of “PUNKS X LA DIGNITAT ANIMAL”, a collective initiative led by artist Marina Batalla aimed at raising funds for various animal welfare and protection causes.

The event will bring together a selection of ten local creators: Ainzine Ruido, Armine Tattoo, CaroCitta, Error! Design, Irene Tattoo, Peipfex, Porfiada Tattoo, Kids5Panel, Marina Batalla, and Ramón Maiden. Each artist will exhibit a charity artwork, with all proceeds going directly toward funding veterinary interventions, animal shelters, and sanctuaries.

During the opening day on August 2nd, Local 225 will feature an art exhibition area and a charity market. Additionally, music will be provided by the Rude Girl Club collective, creating a dynamic gathering space for the community.

For those unable to attend the opening day, Local 225 will keep the exhibition open to the public until September 2nd. Throughout this period, a donation box will be available at the venue to collect monetary contributions from anyone wishing to support the cause.

With this initiative, Local 225 reaffirms its status as a point of reference for local culture and social commitment, where artistic creation directly serves the defense of animal rights.
