SUMMARY:[:ca]Exposició: "Enric Majoral. La joia expandida"[:es]Exposición: "Enric Majoral. La joia expandida"[:en]Exhibition: "Enric Majoral. La joia expandida"[:]
DESCRIPTION:Exhibition dedicated to the jeweller Enric Majoral. \nBorn in Sabadell in 1949\, Enric Majoral is one of the key names in contemporary Catalan jewellery. The jeweller’s close relationship with Formentera has marked his creations\, which he himself defines as “essence of Formentera”. Mayoral has delved into the world of traditional crafts\, drawing inspiration from archaic forms and using the quintessential jewellery materials\, gold and silver\, full of symbolism and multiple meanings. A member of the FAD\, he was president of Orfebres FAD from 1992 to 1997. In 2007 he received the National Crafts Prize from the Ministry of Industry. \nThe exhibition is organised by the Museu del Disseny in collaboration with the A-FAD. \nCurator \nMaya Cruces

DESCRIPTION:A mosaic of solidarity\, ecology and memory based on real events \nSant Llis\, October 2018. After four hours of intense rain\, a torrent overflows its banks\, flooding a small town in Mallorca and causing eleven deaths\, several injuries and much material damage.\nVery soon a wave of reactions is unleashed: an explosion of unprecedented solidarity and media coverage that raises more and more doubts. Could the tragedy have been avoided? Did the emergency protocols work? Why does building continue on the banks of torrents?

DESCRIPTION:Far from home\, in a coastal landscape\, Joe is dedicated to transporting tourists from one island to another with a Zodiac. On one of these journeys he is struck by lightning that leaves him unconscious\, lying on the boat in the middle of the sea. Of all the possible Sunday afternoons\, he has had this one. But what about after Sunday? It seems that Charon\, with his boat\, still cannot make the transfer to the other side and that\, together\, they have to stay sailing in the immense sea of the mind until the situation is resolved. \nAllò que hi ha després del diumenge is a foggy journey that wants to get closer to the interior of a person trapped in a real world that is fading and an underlying world that is manifesting itself more and more. In an environment where the familiar becomes unknown\, we know the dimension to which our protagonist reaches and we discover how chance modifies our lives.

SUMMARY:BILL FRISELL HARMONY
DESCRIPTION:INTÉRPRETES\n\n\n\nBill Frisell\, guitarra\n\n\n\n\nPetra Haden\, voz\n\n\n\n\nHank Roberts\, violonchelo y voz\n\n\nLuke Bergman\, guitarra barítono y voz\n\n\n\nPROGRAMA\n\n\nTercera visita al Festival de Jazz del guitarrista Bill Frisell\, después de presentar en 2016 When You Wish Upon A Star y en 2018 Music Is.
