Summer camp: Seasonal cuisine

We will learn to understand the importance of natural food cycles and differentiate the products of each season. We will work on various cooking and plating techniques to enjoy all the flavors and benefits that an attentive and conscious cooking can offer us.
From July 11 to 15, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
