The TNC premieres Ánima, the newly created musical in Catalan that opens the season in the Sala Gran.

The production features 16 performers on stage (directed by Gara Roda) and an orchestra of 10 musicians conducted by Adrià Barbosa and Abell Garriga. The show will run from September 26 to October 27.

Ánima, the Grand Musical at the TNCThe animation film industry of the major North American studios in the late 1930s serves as the backdrop and starting point to tell a story of perseverance and the fight of women to prove they deserved a place that, until then, had been reserved only for men.

An excellent score and libretto are in the hands of a young, talented team for the creation of this new large-format musical, in Catalan, which will open the TNC season in the Sala Grande.
