Maximo Cabrera, founder of the plant-based cooking school Crudo Clases de Cocina, will cook next June 1st at Golden&Smith Barcelona. Maximo will prepare a very special tasting dinner where we will enjoy all the flavor of his “plant-based” cuisine.
