Marcel Serrano, better known as Swit Eme, was born in the city of Barcelona in 1999. A member of the group Bathroom Studios and part of the collective La Cantera, he is undoubtedly the new revelation in the current hip hop scene, representing a whole new generation of young nonconformists.
At the tender age of 13, Swit Eme discovered a poetry book belonging to his grandfather, which inspired him to start writing his first poems while also delving into the world of hip hop and improvisation. At just 15 years old, lacking the means to go to a professional studio, Swit Eme decided to set up his own recording studio with his current producer, Nacho Rabal, better known as Xe, thereby uniting various artists under one roof and giving rise to the aforementioned group, Bathroom Studios.
Three years later, along with other young and promising artists and groups, a connection emerged that led them to form the collective La Cantera, one of the most promising collectives on the national scene.
