Take a moment to pause. In this guided Reiki Meditation session with Ornela from Healing.Barcelona, you will be introduced to Reiki, a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy-healing practice that supports balance and well-being on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

Just shared stillness, gentle guidance, and a soft reconnection with your own energy. No prior experience is required, and everyone is welcome!


Arts & Crafts: Paper Flower Workshop | Tuesday, April 14 | 18h – 20h

In this hands-on workshop, @ainna_workshops will guide you step by step as you learn how to cut, shape, and assemble paper to craft delicate blooms that never fade.

It’s a relaxing way to explore your creativity while making unique decorations you can take home or gift to someone special. All materials will be provided. Come enjoy a moment of creativity and leave with your own handmade paper flowers.

Celebrate Sant Jordi with a unique, hands-on workshop where you’ll craft your own beautiful roses using air-dry clay! No experience needed, just bring your creativity, and @ainna_workshops will guide you step by step.

Fitness Bootcamp | Every Monday and Wednesday |19h – 20h

This is the all-inclusive type of workout that will challenge yourself by executing a mixture of traditional calisthenics and body-weight exercises, along with interval training, strength training, and other exercise training routines.


Core & Yoga| Every Tuesday| 8h – 9h

HYBRD Academy’s Core & Yoga classes focus on quick but intense core workouts combined with a dynamic yoga practice for all levels.


Pilates by Timo | Every Thursday| 18h – 19h

Reinforce your core strength, work on your postural alignment and improve your muscle balance with Pilates sessions by wellness and personal trainer, Timothée LeBarillec.


Dance & Connect Party Edition| Wednesday, April 29th| 19h – 20h
