The Fundació Carulla, as part of Off Llum Bcn 2025, hosts Being-in-the-World this year, an immersive installation that combines videomapping, laser, and sound to explore the relationship between nature and technology. Inspired by Martin Heidegger’s philosophical concept of “being-in-the-world,” the work by interdisciplinary artist INZIST symbolizes the coexistence of the organic and the digital.
Through natural projections and laser beams, Being-in-the-World presents a dynamic dialogue where both forces complement and transform each other. Rather than depicting opposition, the interaction between these elements reflects how humans perceive and intervene in their environment.
INZIST, based in Barcelona with a global presence, is known for his ability to integrate digital and analog tools into immersive artistic experiences. His work, spanning from videomapping to interactive installations and light art, invites the audience to actively participate in the creation, redefining how we experience technology in contemporary art.
