From the collaboration between blit. and Razzmatazz comes Pulse, an interactive installation that visually reinterprets the collective imagery of the club, which will be on display during Off Llum Bcn 2025. The piece brings to the public space the euphoria and sensory overstimulation that define the nightlife experience. In this environment, individual identity dissolves into a shared chaos, where lights, bodies, and music intertwine in a constantly shifting mass.
Through a dynamic interplay of visuals and sound, Pulse creates an ecosystem where people, as they move, leave behind traces of past parties, fleeting bodies, and moving lights, as if they were fragments of a shared memory that only exists in the present moment. Nothing is fixed—everything flows in a state of distortion and effervescence, reflecting the ephemeral and collective nature of the night. Just like on the dance floor, one person’s energy affects the others, creating a living ecosystem where the party is a collective construction.
Just as in a party, in Pulse, the artwork does not exist without those who inhabit it; it is the people who bring this living scene to life. The party is not just the place but what happens between bodies, light, and sound.
