Renaixements is the name of L’Auditori’s new 25-26 season, inviting exploration of new beginnings, ruptures, and transformations that have shaped the history of music and humanity. From social transformations, access to knowledge, migratory and climate crises, to the exchanges typical of globalization, these have been drivers of artistic and aesthetic rethinking over time.
The 25-26 season includes nearly 500 concerts, 6 festivals, 15 series, 26 premieres, 65 heritage works, and 9 commissions. Additionally, it will be Robert Brufau’s final season as director of the venue, working alongside his team: Santi Barguñó, artistic programmer and head of the record label; Verònica Rodríguez, head of Programming and Production; Marta del Olmo, head of the Educational Service; and Jordi Alomar, director of the Museum of Music.
The campaign image features the Cristal Trombone instrument by the Baschet brothers, which is part of the Museum of Music’s collection due to the innovation and break it represented when created in the 1960s.
