With the change of season comes the new seasonal menu of Restaurant Dagma at Hotel Barcelona Princess. A proposal that stays true to the essence of its chefs, Pedro Montolio and David Bourg. It highlights seasonal and local produce, offering refreshing flavors from fruits and vegetables such as apple, avocado, endive, leek, asparagus, pumpkin, carrot, beetroot, and cherry.
The new spring-summer menu includes 10 starters, 6 main courses, and 5 desserts. Once again, Restaurant Dagma offers a “Tasting Menu” option for those who prefer to try 6 dishes in a smaller format. You can also add a wine pairing, which includes 5 carefully selected wines by Miquel Molina, Dagma’s director and sommelier.
