Una gastronom\u00eda que, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se ha hecho conocida en todo el mundo y ha llegado hasta la alta cocina gracias a reputados chefs, que la han desarrollado al m\u00e1ximo nivel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este taller el chef de la casa Mat Porcher explicar\u00e1 el uso y selecci\u00f3n de los ingredientes que conforman las recetas, poni\u00e9ndolas en pr\u00e1ctica con una demostraci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de cocci\u00f3n y del material necesario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La actividad consistir\u00e1 en una explicaci\u00f3n de los ingredientes clave y una elaboraci\u00f3n conjunta del men\u00fa, que incluir\u00e1\u00a0las siguientes recetas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><b><\/b><b>Tiradito de langostinos<\/b>\u00a0con tomate de \u00e1rbol y yuzu.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><b>Pulpo al olivo<\/b>. Seguramente el plato mas emblem\u00e1tico de esta cocina. Finas laminas de pulpo en tempura con ensalada de pepino y salsa de olivas.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><b>Tataky de presa ib\u00e9rica<\/b>\u00a0en crujiente de nori y ma\u00edz con ensalada de daikon, chile
