At the helm of Mirinda Company<\/span><\/span>, Marina Company<\/span><\/span> has built a career defined by a sensitive and intuitive approach to design and art direction. Her studio, specialized in creative and visual identity projects, operates from a unique space: a former 1920s caf\u00e9-theatre, where the quietness of high ceilings coexists with the energy of a lively environment close to the sea.<\/p>\n Within this context, Mirinda Company develops projects guided by intuition, passion, and a deep understanding of each brief, aiming to create honest, timeless images with a strong sense of identity. This approach is reflected in the art direction of the Poblenou Open Day 2026<\/span><\/span> campaign, where Company brings her creative universe to one of the district\u2019s key events.<\/p>\n We spoke with her about the creative process and inspiration behind the Poblenou Open Day 2026 campaign.<\/p>\n What references (visual, cultural, or even personal) have most influenced the creative concept of this campaign?<\/strong><\/p>\n It is a mix of references: fanzines, editorial posters, and underground culture, with a touch of irony. I was looking for something casual, close, and imperfect\u2014like a drawing made with a pen on a paper napkin in a bar.<\/p>\n We started working with Natalia P\u00e0mies<\/span><\/span>, who began sketching based on what the sea, the neighborhood, and the sensations of this unique place suggested to us.<\/p>\n What was the starting point of the project, and which decisions were key in reaching the final result?<\/strong><\/p>\n Avoiding an overly polished or commercial look in order to convey the sense of community in Poblenou, as well as its alternative and creative side.<\/p>\n We wanted to communicate an emotional atmosphere\u2014music, drinks, food, fantasy\u2014through illustrations with a playful and slightly absurd tone. We also aimed to capture the neighborhood\u2019s spontaneity.<\/p>\n
