The Authentic Movement is a discipline that, framed in a space of silence and listening, allows what arises within us to manifest in the body, thus taking a concrete form. We close our eyes to let our gaze towards the outside \/ world rest, and can then be directed towards oneself. This look towards oneself becomes listening and attention. Then what we call presence happens, the power to live, feel, inhabit and savor what happens at every moment.<\/p>\n
The practice of MA offers a space for meeting and deepening with oneself and with others, opening us to a bodily experience in which our unconscious contents emerge at the same time that they are revealed and become conscious.
