EL ARTISTA CUBANO-AMERICANO REALIZA UNA INTERVENCI\u00d3N ART\u00cdSTICA BASADA EN EL USO DE LA SOMBRA.<\/h1>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n tan se\u00f1alada para el distrito creativo y tan marcada por la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana como es el proyecto #superillapilot, la intervenci\u00f3n de un artista como Jorge Rodr\u00edguez-Gerada<\/a> no pod\u00eda faltar.<\/span><\/p>\n

La obra del artista cubano-americano, de un car\u00e1cter marcadamente reivindicativo y de gran formato, navega alrededor de diversos conceptos como la conformaci\u00f3n de la identidad humana o el medio ambiente, y es por eso que muy a menudo el proceso de creaci\u00f3n de la pieza art\u00edstica es tan o m\u00e1s importante que la obra en s\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n <\/span>Jorge Rodr\u00edguez-Gerada realiza una intervenci\u00f3n art\u00edstica en el espacio p\u00fablico con unas medidas m\u00e1s reducidas (20 metros cuadrados), basada en el uso de la sombra que proyecta el recorrido del sol para as\u00ed representar un mensaje a favor del medio ambiente. La pieza, bautizada con el nombre \u2018contexto\u2019, se realizar\u00e1 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Poblenou Urban District, <\/span>Fab Lab Barcelona<\/a><\/span>, y el\u00a0<\/span>IAAC > Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

No es la primera vez que Jorge Rodr\u00edguez-Gerada colabora con Poblenou Urban District, ya que tambi\u00e9n lo pudimos encontrar en el Urban Festival dentro del Open Day. En aquella ocasi\u00f3n, la acci\u00f3n consist\u00eda en un live painting con finalidades sociales llevado a cabo por diferentes artistas como el mismo Jorge Rodr\u00edguez-Gerada, Francisco P\u00e1jaro, As\u00eds Percales, entre otros, bajo la curadur\u00eda de Arcadi Poch.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que en esta ocasi\u00f3n para #superillapilot, a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n de Open Walls<\/a>, se invitar\u00e1 a diferentes artistas pl\u00e1sticos seleccionados mediante una convocatoria abierta<\/a> para intervenir en la obra junto a Rodr\u00edguez Gerada. Para crear esta obra se utilizar\u00e1 un conjunto de planos que proyectaran la sombra y que constituyen el soporte a intervenir por los artistas seleccionados. Estos trabajaran conjuntamente creando una coherencia est\u00e9tica para as\u00ed finalmente unificar gr\u00e1ficamente la pieza. <\/span><\/p>\n

La intervenci\u00f3n art\u00edstica colaborativa de Jorge Rodr\u00edguez-Gerada \u2018contexto\u2019 tendr\u00e1 lugar entre el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 16 (de 17h a 21h) y el s\u00e1bado 17 de septiembre (de 10h a 14h) en la calle Roc Boronat 117 y quedar\u00e1 expuesta en el mismo sitio hasta el d\u00eda 22 de septiembre.<\/span><\/p>\n
