Have you heard of vertical dance? It is a type of aerial dance where the wall becomes the stage and you dance hanging from a rope. Students and teachers will demonstrate vertical dance, Bungee Up, Classical and Aerial Pilates, Functional, Jumping and FitDance so you can discover the art of these movements.
