BAU, Centre Universitari d’Arts i Disseny

During the Open Night, at the Granada Building you’ll find:

– Exhibition “10 Years of Stop Motion at BAU” In its final days, this exhibition —previously hosted at the Pujades Building since November 14th— will move to HAUS’s gallery space for this special night. Visitors will be able to see characters, sets, and original elements from a selection of 30 short films created over the decade since the master’s program began.

– Exhibition “Continuous Trace” Showcasing textile works by Indigenous creators from Chile, with a special focus on the artist Osvaldo Guineo, who intertwines ancestral techniques with contemporary experimentation.

– Screening of the collective project “Putting AI on Pause” On the first floor, visitors can explore the results of the workshop led by the Estampa Collective and curated by Federica Matelli, as part of the collaboration between BAU and the Panoràmic Festival.

– Art installation “no_res: the reverberation of the fyp” by Marta Pou, Ana Soriano, and Alex Sánchez. This Master’s Final Project from graduates of the Master in Audiovisual Innovation and Interactive Environments turns noise and image overproduction —the visual overload we face daily— into tools to rethink and reframe what they convey.

The evening will be enlivened with live music by U R – L.
