Poblenou Urban District takes part in B-Murals Fest, a meeting point for urban art in Barcelona

On November 15, Nau Bostik will host a new edition of B-Murals Fest, a day that will transform this space into a hub connecting artists, professionals, and the public, through a programme that combines mural interventions, talks, guided tours, exhibitions, and creative activities open to everyone.

The festival, which places urban art at the heart of contemporary cultural life, advocates for culture as a right and a common good, in collaboration with social and solidarity economy organisations in Barcelona. Within this framework, Poblenou Urban District will take part in the working tables on best practices in urban art, sharing experiences and reflections with other cultural agents from the territory.

As part of Mondiacult 2025, the UNESCO international conference on cultural policies and sustainable development, B-Murals Fest connects the neighbourhood with the world, contributing its voice to the global debates on culture and cultural rights.

The event will feature a diverse programme, including the presentation of the Mur Obert at Nau Bostik, creative workshops with artists such as Edmundo García, Tropidelia, Rockaxson and Les Rupestres, and professional roundtables on good practices in urban art. In the afternoon, the results of these meetings will be presented, followed by the inauguration of 13 new murals by artists including Emilio Cerezo, Martí Sawe, Andrea Devia Nuño, Chylo, NSN997, and Schoko Tanaka, among others.
