Gastronomic Experience – Pizza Workshops & Tasting

A proposal that combines learning, creativity and gastronomy around the world of pizza, in a dynamic format designed to enjoy in a group. The experience takes place in a professional school of pizza makers, providing an authentic and specialized approach. The workshops last 1 hour and a half and are practical sessions where participants enter into the complete process of pizza making, working the dough from scratch and learning professional techniques of kneading, stretching and baking. A participative, dynamic and social experience that includes drinks during the activity and tasting of the prepared pizzas.

Italian Tasting in the lounge area, a space designed to relax and enjoy without rushes. A selection of varied pizzas and focaccias is offered, accompanied by Italian dessert and drinks included, in a format ideal for sharing and extending the experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
