Art and creativity: The Proposals of Poblenou Open Day

Museums, studios, and art galleries linked to Poblenou Urban District will open their doors on May 10 to celebrate Open Day. A day to discover art, design, and photography through different formats, catalogs, and exhibitions.

AMAGATS

As part of Open Day, artist Francesca Llopis presents JAPONISMES, an exhibition inspired by her latest trip to Japan. The centerpiece, the video “GON-NG”, will be screened in a continuous loop from 12 PM to 10 PM, offering a contemplative and sensory experience. Through lights, shadows, and silences, Llopis invites us to reinterpret Japanese culture from a poetic and contemporary perspective. Limited capacity.

Disseny Hub Barcelona

Open doors day at the Design Museum. Visit the new exhibition “Matter Matters. Designing with the World”, a reflection on the major challenges of design in a critical time marked by the scarcity of raw materials, as well as the museum’s permanent exhibitions showcasing the best in graphic, fashion, and product design.

Rosapalo BCN, the studio of Catalan artist Valls Fortuny, will be closing its doors at Pellaires Street, number 3, after more than 10 years and moving to a new location.
