Art and creativity: The Proposals of Poblenou Open Day
Museums,and art galleries linked to Poblenou Urban District will open their doors on May 10 to celebrate Open Day. A day to discover art and design through different formats, catalogs, and exhibitions.
Fundación Palo Alto
Palo Alto hosts “Art en Connexió,” an event connecting emerging Catalan art with contemporary Ukrainian creativity. The program features the “Fem art” exhibition, showcasing projects from Catalan design schools, and the “UA Culture Lab,” which includes work by Daria Alyoshkina, workshops, DJ sets, and art sales. Organized by the Ukrainian Cultural Center and the Palo Alto Foundation, all proceeds will go toward supporting the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Barcelona.

La Plataforma presents the opening of “Esfinges” by artist Blanca Haddad, an invitation to step into a symbolic and evocative universe. The day begins with an exclusive preview until 3pm (reservation required). From 3pm onwards, the space comes alive with DJ sessions, a poetic performance by the artist at 6pm, cocktails, and a corner featuring the gallery’s paper archive for sale. An experience blending art, words, and atmosphere.
