Museums,and art galleries linked to Poblenou Urban District will open their doors on May 10 to celebrate Open Day. A day to discover art and design through different formats, catalogs, and exhibitions.
Palo Alto hosts “Art en Connexió,” an event connecting emerging Catalan art with contemporary Ukrainian creativity. The program features the “Fem art” exhibition, showcasing projects from Catalan design schools, and the “UA Culture Lab,” which includes work by Daria Alyoshkina, workshops, DJ sets, and art sales. Organized by the Ukrainian Cultural Center and the Palo Alto Foundation, all proceeds will go toward supporting the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Barcelona.

La Plataforma presents the opening of “Esfinges”, by artist Blanca Haddad, a proposal that invites visitors to immerse themselves in a symbolic and evocative universe.
From 12:00 to 15:00, the opening of “Esfinges” will take place, with the presence of the artist. During this time, a special performance by Blanca Haddad & Ensamble Tepuy will also be featured. At 13:00, La Taberna Gastrobar will open, offering Venezuelan gastronomy specialties and delicacies. From 12:30 to 22:30, the Caribbean cocktail and drinks bar will be open, with continuous mixology and cocktail programming throughout the event. At 15:30 there will be a new performance by Ensamble Tepuy, followed by a second performance by Blanca Haddad at 17:30. From 15:30 onwards, the gallery will host DJ sessions featuring La Wallace, DJ Xolotl, Kazte, DJ Raul Naro, and Gersound.
Throughout the day, there will be a sales corner featuring the gallery’s printed archive.
Sala Barcelona of Museu Terra presents a program of art and environmental reflection featuring a printing workshop by Ana Mercau using recycled materials and free guided tours of the exhibition “Plàstic.
