Bloomint Design presents its new project Traza Furniture at Barcelona Design Week 2024

Its co-founder, Manu Bazá, will participate in a 360° experience within the itinerant installation “Plaza de Barcelona.”

With Traza, Bloomint Design aims to drive a change in the furniture industry by measuring the impact of every purchase to promote sustainability. This year, they are taking part in the “Creative Talent of the City” sessions at the Barcelona Design Week 2024, organized by the Barcelona City Council. Their proposal, led by Manu Bauzá, is a 360° experience showcasing the work developed by this practice, where the public will have the opportunity to interact and discover details of the project.

Bloomint Design’s commitment to the environment leads them to review the entire value chain, from materials to energy, ensuring that all their products can be reused, renovated, remanufactured, and recycled. With the Traza project, they seek to advocate for a comprehensive rethink in the selection, sale, and distribution of furniture, focusing on quality, sustainability, and social responsibility.

The activity will be free and will take place this Thursday, October 17, at 7:00 PM, at Josep Antoni Coderch Square, next to the Disseny Hub Barcelona.
