Christmas is approaching, and Poblenou’s creative community is celebrating with artistic, cultural, and gastronomic offerings. Here are the special activities our members have organized to close the year with joy:

Museu Can Framis: Christmas Family Workshop

Christmas is a time for magic and making new wishes for the coming year. This magic can also be experienced at Museu Can Framis through artistic objects that invite us to imagine, explore, and experiment with surprising techniques and materials. This activity includes a short tour through the collection’s galleries to discover the wishes and fantasies hidden in the artists’ works.

The activity concludes with a workshop where we will try to materialize our wishes and dreams through artistic practice.

CUADRO

The wine and cheese specialty restaurant has prepared a delicious Christmas menu. Enjoy it on the evenings of December 24th, 25th, and 26th.

And that’s not all! On December 31st, they will host a party with a menu to welcome the new year in style.

Prior reservation is essential.

LUSINI

Raise a toast to say goodbye to the year and welcome the next with excitement. Until December 20th, the LUSINI showroom will have open doors with free entry. There will be snacks, cava, and great company.

The Social Hub

Start the new year with clarity and intention at the “New Year’s Yoga Ritual: Embracing New Beginnings.” This rejuvenating session combines yoga, mindful breathing, and guided reflection to help you leave the past behind and welcome new opportunities for growth in 2025. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to the practice, this ritual will leave you feeling centered, renewed, and ready to embrace what’s next.

Hotel Barcelona Princess

Enjoy a fusion of gastronomy and music this New Year’s Eve at Dagma.

Chefs Pedro Montolio and David Bourg will delight us with a special menu blending traditional Christmas flavors with avant-garde touches and international influences. To start, four small appetizers will be served, paired with a fine-bubbled Brut Gran Reserva cava.

Afterward, the tasting menu features six spectacular dishes, starting with Crab Tartar with Tomato Marmalade and ending with a robust Venison Loin with Papillote Figs.

The menu concludes with light digestives: Celery and Lime Sorbet with Strawberries, followed by the dessert of the night—Apple-Cinnamon-Vanilla.

During the tasting, three wines carefully selected by Dagma’s director and sommelier, Miquel Molina, will be served.

From 11:30 p.m., diners will enjoy live music from the duo Suzanna & Vittersweet, who will pause briefly for everyone to follow the traditional countdown and eat the lucky grapes before continuing the celebration until 2:00 a.m., dancing to their funk, urban, and pop tunes.

Meliá Barcelona Sky

Celebrate the melody and flavor of Christmas at Meliá with their special menus. Enjoy Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Lunch, St. Stephen’s Day Lunch, and New Year’s Eve Dinner with Meliá’s delicious cuisine.

Catacroquet

This year, Poblenou’s best croquette shop will be open almost all of December, closing only on holidays: the evenings of December 24th and 31st, and all day on December 25th and 26th.

Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (TNC)

This Christmas, give the gift of theater! The TNC fills the festive season with two plays that will delight theater lovers.

• Anna Karenina: In this stage adaptation of Tolstoy’s dramatic novel, Carme Portaceli brings Anna Karenina out of her romantic scandal and onto the stage to be judged—but this time, she is determined to tell us what really happened, what she truly felt, and what no one, except perhaps Tolstoy, considered. Running in the Sala Gran until December 29th.
• Macarron Power: A show for the whole family. A reflection on migration seen through the eyes of a girl who tells her story and the stories of thousands forced to leave their homes and face an uncertain destination that may not be as welcoming as they hoped. Inspired by the world of superheroes, this family show by choreographer Sol Picó features live music and explores the challenges our heroine must overcome on her journey. Running in the Sala Tallers until December 29th.

Razzmatazz

Celebrate the festive nights at Razzmatazz!

On December 24th, the traditional charity night returns with Demonia, Carlos Bayona, and Perotutehasvisto. This year, all ticket proceeds will go to the Federica Cerdá Foundation.

December 31st: New Year’s Eve Party. Have a blast dancing to the beats of Dirtilarita and Sushinigami, and enjoy the countdown to midnight with Countdown to 2025 by Carlos Bayona DJ.

Welcome the new year with the 2025 VISUALIZATION SPECIAL on December 29th.
