Botanicus

Botanicus has created a special cocktail for the Open Day that highlights a handcrafted green walnut liqueur, macerated for months since last Midsummer. Now that it’s reached its perfect point, it’s used in a blend with rum, fresh lemon juice, and Aperol. The result is a herbaceous cocktail, slightly citrusy, with balsamic and bitter notes.
