TNC premieres Édip & Antígona.In this free version by Carlota Subirós of the three immense tragedies by Sophocles –Oedipus Rex, Oedipus at Colonus and Antigone– we travel to the very heart of our culture, to the absolute upheaval of all certainties where, amid unleashed violence, Antigone’s voice powerfully calls for compassion, human dignity, and love instead of hatred.

Museu Can Framis

The Can Framis Museum, on the occasion of Sant Jordi’s Day, offers free entry and discounts on catalogs on April 23rd.

You can freely visit the permanent exhibition, ‘A permanently changing collection’. It features more than 200 works by around a hundred Catalan artists in a chronological journey from the 1930s to the present, aiming to reflect universal human concerns beyond academic discourse.

You can also visit the exhibition ‘A great failure’, by Gonçal Sobrer, an outsider creator who has worked across multiple mediums—painting, objects, installations, happenings and performances, as well as theater, photography and cinema—always with a critical, locally rooted perspective tied to his neighborhood, Poblenou.
