Latin America has its own gastronomy born of its tradition and cultural origins. Its cuisine is the result of the history of its peoples: a fusion of ethnic, cultural, and social elements that make its gastronomic style a mixture of flavors, products, recipes, and styles.
The guest countries are Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil, and they invite us to get to know Latin America through our palate. The history and culture of flavor are on the table.
