Simon, a leading company in electrical material and a benchmark in lighting design, control systems, and connectivity, is driving the initiative “Best Home Automation School with Simon iO” through Simon Academy. This project aims to bring home automation and connected systems closer to Vocational Training students using a practical and applied methodology.

The initiative, which involved 38 educational centers from all over Spain, focuses on technical training linked to home automation, connectivity, and smart systems, bringing students closer to real-world environments for installing, configuring, and managing connected solutions. Through this project, Simon reinforces its commitment to education and the development of new professional skills adapted to the technological evolution of the electrical sector.

The evaluation of the projects was carried out by a jury composed of industry professionals and Simon representatives, including Daniel Rojas (Constructipp), Salvador Orellana (Salva PV), Juan Manuel Navarro (El Ruso Instalaciones), as well as Daniel Mansilla and Carolina Fernández, representing the Simon team.

As part of the initiative, Simon will recognize the involvement and work developed by the participating centers and students through various actions linked to the educational and professional fields, including visits to the company’s facilities and different awards related to the project.
