The Urban Talks are a cycle of itinerant talks that aim to open a debate with citizens on culture and creativity in relation to the urban environment. The Urban Talks are a unique opportunity to talk about art, heritage, economy, technology and sustainability with professionals who have stood out for their activity in these fields and who allow us to see the future of cities with optimism.
Under the title ‘Keys to Urban Transformation’, three talks will seek to map the key elements for the necessary transition of cities, drawing lines between scales, the interrelationship between public-private actors and the visual representation of cities, with examples from multiple European countries, and with the testimony of the protagonists of these transformations.
These first Urban Talks of 2022 will be held on 18 May and are free of charge until full capacity is reached.

The fourth edition of Urban Talks is organised by Poblenou Urban District, Fab Lab Barcelona, IAAC, La Plataforma and Life In The Woods. It also has the support of the European H2020 project CENTRINNO and the Institut d’Arquitectura Avançada de Catalunya as a venue partner.
